How long does delivery take?

Our products are usually delivered within 3-5 business days.

As many items are sustainably produced and some are made to order, delivery may take slightly longer in individual cases. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay with us conveniently and securely using:

Are the products sustainable?

Yes. Many of our products are produced consciously and sustainably.

We rely on print-on-demand, which means that many items are only produced after you place your order. This allows us to avoid unnecessary overproduction, reduce inventory, and use resources more consciously.

Can I design clothes or products myself?

Yes, gladly. You can send us your idea, a text, a logo, or an image.

Can I order team apparel for my paddle group?

Yes. If you would like clothing for a team, club, padel group, or event, please feel free to contact us.

Together, we can create a suitable design and determine which products and quantities make sense.

What can I have personalized?

Depending on the product, you can personalize, for example:

Just send us your idea. We will honestly tell you what is possible and what works well visually.

Can I return a product?

As many products are custom-made or manufactured to order, personalized items generally cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.

For non-personalized products, we will gladly review your request individually.

What do I do if my product arrived damaged?

If your product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible.

a brief description of the problem

We will review the case and find a solution together.
